Return Policy


No return is acceptable. All the sales are final due to health quality control, if not satisfied with our products please let us know to improve our experience, we will try to compensate. Our packaging are shock proof and are labeled in order our shipping carrier staff handle the product with care during the transport, but is not our responsibility how the product arrive, any issue have to be claimed to them.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may require photos and/or videos as proof of the current condition of the product. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
No returns are available for nail products due to hygiene control. Please refer to the damage and issue section above. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards as well. 


Exchanges
No exchanges can be made due to health quality controls. 


Refunds 

All refunds only will be for damages or issues and will be evaluated carefully. 

If we can’t replace the desired product for not availability, we will communicate with you and will let you choice between exchange the original product for another with the same price or a total refund.  

After you confirmation, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
